Pre-requisites:

• Are you generally healthy and able to participate fully in the physical aspect of the training?

• Do you want to be part of a team who want to inspire you in your Pilates teacher career?

• Are you available for 1 - 2 shifts per week at your chosen studio (co-teaching, training & apprentice teaching)?

• For Reformer applicants: have you completed your Matwork certification?

• For Apprenticeship applications: have you completed your Matwwork and Reformer certification?
